“Since hoping onto Caden's plan and guidance, nothing but instant results. First week I dropped almost 10lbs just from flushing toxins and unnatural substances from my body. “When Caden first started talking/posting about Dialed, I honestly thought he was going off the deep end. I only joined because recent bloodwork had came back bad. I was eating way too much Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, and other processed junk that I didn’t even realize was processed. My blood pressure was through the roof so I figured I should at least try to eat better. I never expected it to completely change how I feel day to day. I’ve got more energy, more focus, and I actually stopped relying on my ADHD meds altogether. Some mornings I wake up and literally start doing jumping jacks because I feel so good. “My father died from a heart attack at 61. My neighbor had crippling Crohns disease at age 16 and nearly bled out in school. Another neighbor was recently diagnosed with early onset Dementia. “As a former D1 football player and someone who grew up in a "healthy" household I thought I knew everything I needed about health and wellness. I considered myself as extreemely healthy, I lifted 5-6 days a week, always doing long cario sessions, eating in a caloric deficit.
